I keep getting sucked back into the more category even once I saw results there would be some other health things that I needed to work on so I’d go back to adding what I didn’t actually have time for probably really don’t need but imentally feel guilty for not doing more
That guilt is real after a history of doing more. It doesn't mean you're slacking. It means you're unlearning the "more is better" rule you've been trained on for years. Doing less, on purpose, is the harder discipline.
